My name is Ashleigh Flora, DNP, FNP-BC nurse practitioner in our Starkville clinic. I offer a variety of services in the clinic including hormone replacement therapy, Botox/dysport injections, dermal filler, IV hydration, incontinence treatment, body sculpting, sclerotherapy, and functional medicine consultations. I plan to add PDO threading to the Revive services list very soon.

My approach to health and wellness is anchored in the belief that everyone should not only feel well but also feel good about themselves. I believe that patients should be able to be as active as they desire and enjoy life. I want Revive to be the place patients come to meet their wellness and aesthetic needs and leave feeling happy and satisfied. My absolute favorite service Revive offers is dermal filler— especially lips.

I have been a nurse practitioner for five years. My background includes aesthetics, urgent care, primary care and acute care. I received my doctoral, masters, and baccalaureate degrees in nursing from Mississippi University for Women. I also hold a baccalaureate degree from the University of Mississippi. My husband, Jeremy, children, and I are residents of Mathiston Mississippi. In my spare time, my family and I love to travel!

Kaelynn Roberts, Aesthetician

My name is Kaelynn Roberts, and I am the Starkville Aesthetician! I have been in Aesthetics for 2 years with multiple years of background in the medical field. At Revive, I offer SkinPen Microneedling, Hydrafacials, Dermaplaning, Chemical Peels, Lash Lift + Tint, Waxing, and Acne Consultations with treatments. I also assist Revive with the BTL Devices, Emsculpt Neo and Emsella.

My favorite skin treatments to perform are SkinPen Microneedling, Hydrafacials with Dermaplaning, and Acne skin consultations! I really enjoy helping people find their confidence again, and this job allows me to do that! When I’m not seeing clients, you can find me working behind the scenes on our marketing team creating content with Laikyn.

I am originally from Starkville, but now live in Cedarbluff, MS! I am married to Jon Austin Roberts, and we just had our first baby girl at the end of August. Our days are filled with spending time with our baby girl, playing with our pups, and doing projects around the house.

Margo Allgood

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2006 from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville, after which I went on to work as a labor and delivery nurse for five years. During that time, I pursued my Master of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University and graduated specializing as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2011.

After relocating and marrying my husband in 2012, I started my nurse practitioner career in general cardiology. With over a decade of experience in treating cardiovascular disease, I have developed a strong conviction for the importance of disease prevention. I want my patients to be active participants in their health that have determination to make lifestyle and dietary changes. I believe the human body was designed to be resilient, and when given what it needs to flourish, healing and optimal wellness can occur. I have a special interest in gastrointestinal health, as I believe that many symptoms and diseases are a manifestation of a disrupted gut microbiome. Quality of life is very important to me, and I want my patients to thrive as they age.

Outside of my professional life, I enjoy spending time with my husband, John Hunter and daughters, Ellen Elizabeth and Margaret. I have participated in athletics since I was a child and have grown to love playing tennis not only for the benefits of exercise but also for the social aspect as well. I also love quality, tasty food that nourishes the body and enjoy expanding my culinary skills with recipes from around the world. I am board certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. I am also a member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine.
