Do you accept insurance?
Insurance does not cover any of our services at Revive. However, if you have a personal health spending account or something similar from your employer this can be used in some cases. We also offer payment plans through third party vendors such as care credit and withcherry.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, credit, and valid checks are all accepted at revive. We also accept venmo!
Where are you located?
We currently have 2 offices: Starkville and Oxford. You can schedule an office visit at either location. Please go to the contact us portion of the site to get a link to the office addresses.
Do you accept walk-in appointments?
Absolutely! While some services may not be available for walk-ins, we always make time to give our patients a tour of our services and strive to accommodate if possible. However, its always more preferable if you can schedule an appointment ahead to time to minimize your wait.
How do I know which treatment is right for me?
Our philosophy at Revive is that every patient is treated as a unique individual. The Revive staff is able to help you in this treatment decision process during your initial free consultation with us. We will guide you on your journey!
How much do you charge for an initial consultation?
Most of our initial consultations are free! Our goal is to educate you during this visit and come up with your individualize treatment plan so that you can save your payments for our services.
Do you offer discounts or savings throughout the year?
We certainly do! Throughout the year we will be posting specials on our social media pages and mailing list. Thats why you need to follow us and join our mailing list (see contact form). We also have quarterly events at our offices to promote our services and have special discounts during those times.
Am I able to request a specific provider?
Yes. We are happy to have you see whichever provider you request.
How does your membership program work?
We currently offer 2 medical gym membership plans. One if for our emsculpt neo treatments (the body gym). The other is for our EMFACE (the face gym). We have different options that offers flexibility depending on what fits your goals and budget. We do plan to expand our membership program in the near future so stay tuned for more details.
Can I bring a friend?
Please do! We love company. Furthermore some of our treatments are better done with a friend. Our emsculpt neo abdomen treatment is best done with a partner and can also lower your cost. Our IV therapy room has several recliners with a TV and record player and is designed to be enjoyed with a friend!
Do you host private events?
Yes. We have after hour private events and also have done house parties. Send us an email if you are interested.
