Dr. Josh Griffin
I’m Dr. Griffin, a proud Mississippi native and board-certified urologist with the American Board of Urology. Since joining Oxford Urology Associates in 2018, I’ve cultivated a deep passion for hormone therapy, sexual health, and functional urology.
As the founder and medical director of Revive Wellness, I’ve been fortunate to lead an incredible team that shares my vision for patient- centered care. Watching our clinic grow and thrive has been one of the most rewarding aspects of my career.
When I’m not balancing my busy urology practice and Revive Wellness, I love traveling with my family, playing guitar, and spending time in the great outdoors.
Dr. Josh Griffin
Emma Clark, NP
I’m Emma Clark, and I am a certified family nurse practitioner. I went to the University of Mississippi for my BSN and the Loewenberg College of Nursing for my MSN. I’ve worked in orthopedics and periop as an RN. Now, as an FNP, I focus on wellness and aesthetics. I started at Revive in September of 2024, and I’m loving working with a group of people focused on the wellbeing of our patients from the inside out!
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my cutie husband Cam, playing tennis with friends, painting, cooking, going to Ole Miss sporting events, and going on walks with my chocolate lab, Brew.

Mamie Kosko, NP
I’m Mamie Kosko, a certified family nurse practitioner who has been practicing as an NP for the past twelve years and an RN for 6 years prior to that time. I’ve completed her Master of Science degree in nursing in August 2011, graduating from Mississippi University for Women’s Family Nurse Practitioner Program. I enjoy using my extensive experience in multiple areas here at Revive Wellness to better serve patients.
A Starkville, MS native, I completed my undergraduate studies at Mississippi University for Women with a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing. “I truly enjoy treating patients and look forward to helping those in Oxford and our surrounding communities.”
I am a member of American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and myriad nursing societies and associations. I married Paul Kosko of Greenwood, MS. We have three children: Bailey, Garrett, and Mary Mullins. During her free time, I enjoy watching our children play sports, attending and watching college sports, going on mission trips, and spending time with friends and family.

Lana Melendez, Aesthetician
I have been a licensed aesthetician since December of 2022. I first graduated from Northwest Community College and proceeded to gain my education in esthetics from Tupelo Academy of Cosmetology. I have been with Revive since the start of my career!
I specialize in a variety of skin treatments, including customized facials, SkinPen, Dermaplane and Hydrafacials. I also offer waxing services, along with brow and lash treatments.
I am very passionate about esthetics, and I love helping others feel best in their own skin. I am continuously learning, and growing in my career in order to provide the best experience for all of my clients!
In my free time I enjoy going to the gym, cooking, traveling and spending time with my friends and family.

Courtney Rybolt, FNC
My name is, Courtney Rybolt. I have been with Dr. Griffin since September 2018. My passion is to help patients achieve a better quality of life through homeopathic and integrative nutrition. I am trained in the use and benefits of natural hormone replacement and supplements. I am a Certified Functional Nutrition Counselor and can provide patients with all options Regarding their health. I regularly take part in additional training to keep up to date with the latest research. Through my own experience I have proven the effectiveness of good nutrition and good lifestyle choices. I believe by trusting the process, lifestyle changes, and a little bit of effort towards health goals; your overall health would benefit. I enjoy spending my free time with my husband Tyler, and my son Legend. I love Turkey hunting, horses, and dogs and would rather spend my time outdoors over anything else.
